Do you care if its a business or just anywhere? Usually for those kind of parts I just hit up Ebay and find one that is OEM Dell component.

Remove any non-standard hardware and re-install Windows and device drivers in Dell prescribed order. If it still faults, have Dell fix it.

common im sure theres something before reinstalling windows
the hardware in my computer is from the factory, nothing new

i booted in safe mode and posted the above messages.

now, i left it for 3 hours and it starts up normally
    no changes were made

even if i dont boot in safe mode, it fixes itself after a few hours
i repeat just leaving it, not changing anything

My thoughts... the trouble will not go away. It looks to be a software violation. You must isolate the cause by disabling/removing hardware and/or software suspects, starting with the most likely culprits which you may have introduced. If you find it, update the software. If you can't find it, restore or re-image the system, one step at a time to avoid unknowingly restoring the fault.

When it comes to this on a factory image, I prefer to just re-image the system and be done with it... immediate stability going forward or immediate discovery of the hard fault requiring repair.

Have you checked the HDD for errors?

Did you put Win7 on it yet? Now's a good time!
