I dont know about that. I opened up the bottom of the e4200 I had and it is just a card with the memory chips on it. It may fit in the same footprint, but the height and screw points would be the challenges.

The suspense is killing me! I'm waiting for the 13" and 12" and the Lenovo X200s so that I can compare the different options.

I needs to know pricing, options, and availability!:D

a note: the discount pricing does not appear to apply to epp orders (if that option is available to you), though at least for me, the final price is still a bit lower through epp.

Well with the price drop I canceled my m2400 purchase and went with the E6400. I am loosing in graphics and onsite warranty but saving 170.00. Plus gaining the nicer case.

Do I definitely need to get the Dell Wireless 5530 module in order for the Latitude to recognise the card in the BIOS and then in Windows? I'm looking at some other options available that are on eBay.

I can't get Dell WWAN cards in my region, neither do I have friends in the US who can help me get a card back or send it over. :(

i am sure any one of us would be willing to do it for you -- i doubt there are export restrictions on WWAN cards. i would doubt you need a particular card though, dells can take any part you want to toss into them.
