Will an E4300 connected to an E-port plus be able to drive both two external LCDs and the internal screen simultaneously ?

Or is this something limited to models with a discrete video card ?

I think you'll be stuck with a maximum of two monitors total. So yes, while it should be able to drive two external monitors, I do not believe it will be able to use the laptop LCD at the same time.

I could be wrong. It depends on how many RAMDACs (video buffers) are in the GPU, not how powerful the GPU is.

I just came across this picture of the E6400 + battery slice on the back of the Economist magazine.

**** the 4300 uses the GS45 chipset. I guess we're looking at core speeds of 266MHz for the X4500. =/

I really wish Dell would announce pricing for the e4200/e4300. Any guesses on prices for these notebooks?

$1600 for the E4300, $2000 for the E4200 (SDD drive ONLY, remember?)

With the SSD, my guess is that the base config of the E4300 will be $2100....same as the X300.

Put my Latitude E6400 order on KIV status with my sales rep because the 'Dell Wiress 370 Bluetooth module is not in stock currently'. She said it would be available in mid-Sept (I'm in Asia).

Or alternatively she could put my order through without the Bluetooth and I could get it in '5 to 7 working days', but obviously I would wait for the Bluetooth. :(
