    congrats on your purchase, theZoid.

It is so sweet that they give you two power bricks! What a nice bonus!

Have you plug in a pair of earphones and check the sound? Are the two channels balanced with equally clear sound?

I love typing on the keyboard as well, it has a very nice feel to it.

It is fast, isn't it? :) How mush RAM do you have on it?

Sound's good thezoid, a couple of pic's would be good, especially showing size comparison to the M4400 :D

Good score with the two power brick's.

I miss my vostro 1700 so much! But it is sad that nobody ever seems to post about them unless there is something wrong with them. Great and reliable line from dell.

Which screen do you have? if you have the regular true life screen (ccfl), how is the light distribution from top to bottom?

EDIT: I had to do an exchange.....light bleeding from bottom edge real bad...didn't notice until I installed Ubuntu 9.10 which has a stock top AND bottom panel.

Anyway, had them send me the LED antiglare and a bigger harddrive, all else is same....cost me an extra 200+ bux but I have a 3 year warranty and on it all day/night and weekends....lol

    It's a great 12 incher IMO !
