    Hey guys..

I've been searching high and low to try and find the best solution for arround 4-8tb of HARDWARE RAID 10 drives in total in 2 enclosures to connect via 2 e-sata ports raided together via software on my m6400...

basically i am trying to get at least 400 mb/s so i can edit in RT 1080p video..

has anybody know if a 54 pci express card to fiber channel connection exists..? or do you know of any descent 4-5 bay raid enclosers that you know work..?

i looked into the Lacie 4big quadro but have been told they are plagued with problems... so don;t want to go anywhere near them... even though visually tehy look the best.

any bright ideas are more than welcome.

Also.. am gutted that u cannot upgrade the firmware on the corsair p256 gb ssd without having to send it back to corsair!!!! :-(

There is no software raid that will get you even close to those speeds.
Hardware is the only way to go and you will not get anything for a laptop.
The only way you will reach those speeds is via USB3.0 with SATA 3 SSD drives in raid...none of which are out yet...

    Bluetooth help:
I have the 410 UWB card. I have it paired with the Motorokr S9-HD headset which work fine. The only problem is that when I watch a movie or play game with the pair, the bluetooth card disappear (from computer and device manager) after about 15 to 25 minutes of use. The only way to bring it back is to reboot the computer. This is the second 410 UWB I put in the computer and it's behaving exactly like the first one. I also have a bluetooth Dell mouse which will work with the card without any problem at all.
Is the card not built for continuous heavy load like audio transmitting?
