Yes, i remember you have already mentioned them in this post:

    Thanks anyway.

Point is i'm looking for complete turbo per core stock values for these cpus: i9-8950hk; E-2176M; E-2186M and a screenshot of that "Turbo FIVR Control" section using throttlestop would be very helpful for me.

After a bit searching i've found some dell precision owners:

    i9-8950HK

Installed on another system. These steps work.

    * Suspend BitLocker if you are using it.
    * Reboot the PC, go to BIOS setup. Under maintenance, find BIOS downgrade option and set it to allow downgrades. Under security, find the TPM settings and hit the checkbox for "Clear". Apply and Exit. System reboots.
    * Immediately return to BIOS setup. Under security, find the TPM settings again. Select the "Disable" radio button. ("TPM On" at the top should still be checked.)
    * Return to Windows. Run the TPM firmware upgrade. It should complete successfully. Note: Fingerprint reader doesn't work for login while the TPM is disabled.
    * Return to BIOS setup and reverse your changes (disasllow BIOS downgrade, enable the TPM).
    Done.

    Thanks SvenC ! :)

    So both i9-8950hk
    (http://forum.notebookreview.com/attachments/tsbench-png.175216/)
    and e-2186M
    (http://forum.notebookreview.com/attachments/upload_2019-6-4_21-24-7-png.175167/)
have identical turbo per core stock values.
Even same base clock speed (2.9 GHz@45W) and L3 cache (12 MB).
So basically the only differences are unlocked multiplier on 8950hk while 2186m has ecc memory support.

@Ionising_Radiation As one of the most active user on this thread, could it be possible giving a little help by posting a screenshot like 'alittleteapot' and 'SvenC' did of your e-2176m in order to have a complete overview of high-end cpus available for 7530/7730 ?

    Hope in your help !

Ye, that was established a while ago.

    As for the E-2176M:

On the other hand... the Precision 7540 and 7740 will be releasing in a month or less, with faster CPUs and Quadro RTX cards; are you not planning to purchase them instead?

Our it asked the same, but I don't want to have a growing banana, so I took the 7730 instead....

I've just installed the Bios version 1.82.
From that on I have a lot more power drawing during idle and fan noise nearly permanent.
Anyone else experienced that? Or are you still on Bios 1.70?

    Thank you very much !:)

Yes, i'm waiting for dell 7740 and zbook 17g6 with RTX 3000 to be released by early july (15,6" versions might have a max-q version or a hard capped gpu tdp wise) but if prices are going to be outrageously higher than current 7730/17g5, i think i'll go with either 7730 (8850h+p3200+16gb+other16gb added by myself+512gb nvme ssd)
    or 17 g5
(8850h+p3200+32gb+512gb nvme ssd or e-2186m+p3200+32gb ecc ram+512gb nvme ssd)
    at discounted price.
