I read the poor reviews of the Intel Graphics Control Panel on the Microsoft Store and didn't go ahead with the install. Many people have the exact same problem you posted. Intel has to do some work on this.

My 7530 has relapsed into heavy throttling when using the dock. Not sure what happened (driver updates, windows updates, etc). Anyways, it's become too frustrating to deal with, so I would just like to buy a 2nd AC adapter, but now can't seem to find that available on dell's site (Premier or otherwise). Anybody have a good lead on where to buy this elusive adapter? :)

Between last night and this morning I've lost Bluetooth functionality on my 7730. The Bluetooth icon in the system try isn't there anymore and also doesn't appear in Device Manager. Instead, Device Manager shows an exclamation mark under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" next to "unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)".

I just reinstalled the Bluetooth driver from https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/precision-17-7730-laptop/drivers.

    Any ideas?

Not sure where you can get the "new" one that ships with the 7530. However, the "old" one that ships with previous Precision systems also works fine. As long as it is 180W or better. The new one has been slimmed up a bit (I think I have a comparison picture in the top post in this thread), but that's likely not a concern if it is going to be stationary at a desk.

Get it somewhere else... It costs so much from Dell. :-\

Do a full power cycle (not just a reboot), my system has lost the fingerprint reader with the same error message a few times. (Both the fingerprint reader and Bluetooth adapter are USB-attached, internally.)

Here's a Device Manager screenshot with "Devices by connection" turned on, which should help you determine if your errored device is really the Bluetooth adapter (it should appear in the same place in the tree).

I just power cycled the computer but that didn't help.

Here's what appears in Device Manager.

Select the device and choose "View -> Devices by connection" and see if it lines up with where the Bluetooth adapter should be in my screenshot above.
Though if power cycling doesn't fix it I don't really know what to suggest other than swapping out the card :-\

Yep, it does line up. This is what it looks like sorted by connection.

My machine is about a month old. Is it just bad luck that it's stopped working??? Bluetooth and wifi are part of the same card as I understand it? Wifi is still working well.

Yes, they are part of the same card, but it is kind of strange; Wi-Fi is attached by PCIe and the Bluetooth is attached by USB. (The mobile PCIe card slots include USB connectors/pins.) They're really separate devices on the same card that share the antenna.
