HD 2,5 mount is already into the chassis as long as needed screws. Ready to go, just put the disk in.

Are you saying the screws are already there?

Excellent. For some reason, I thought the screws were not included and you had to get your own.

    Cheers.

Any ideas about the SATA 3 SSD they offer for the m6600? Is it comparable to the Crucial, OCZ, Intel drives?

I have access to an M6600 now. It has the 2620M cpu and Quadro 3000M gpu. I will be posting info on it soon.

The 3000M is roughly the same speed as the 3800M in my early tests, but the 3000M does have Direct X 11.

Overall I really am impressed with the build quality.

I have a GretagMacbeth Color Rendition chart and will be finally posting pics of the new color when I get home.

I will likely not be using the M6600 every day since the 2620M is a downgrade from the 920XM in my M6500.

My M6600 is shipped out from factory today. only 4 days....so quick~

I have intel 510 120 GB SSD already and would reinstall win7 on SSD and use stock 500GB as data drive when I receive my m6600.
Hope everything goes fine because two of m18X I returned have secondary drive disappear problem after resuming from sleep. The secondary drive just gone right after resuming or few minutes later. Is there any same experience on M6600?

One quick thing - battery life looks amazing. It is pulling 10-12 watts in Extended Battery Life power mode with the LCD panel at half brightness. It is telling me 8 hours of battery life in Windows.

I have the 97whr battery. Hwinfo64 is showing actual capacity as a little over 100.
