    What is the software that gives you the onscreen display when you press the volume keys and brightness keys? I think I am missing it after the format. Doesn't seem to be on the Resources CD either.

    My biggest surprise about my third day of Precision M6600 ownership is the "geek" side of it. Darn near a full time hobby keep it running, at least at first.

    The Dell Client System Update Tool is trying get me to dl and install video drivers for the AMD 5950 card when I have the 8900. LOL

    It was working for me this morning at least (pro sp1 eng), could be caused by a routing issue maybe.

    Reimaging is just very structured. Getting it right means not having to do it over. It becomes easier to do with practice.
    Just hit the tip jar star on the left for everyone you mentioned.
