Dell has adapters for sale with the M6400 for 15 each to convert the DisplayPort to either DVI or HDMI.

M6400 and M4400 fan noise levels.
Will they be heard in quiet environments (meetings, etc.)?

    Got one question.

Today I read a little bit in the manual of M6400.

Regarding the memory slots. There are four of them. 2 on the bottom (DIMM C, DIMM D) and the other two ones right below the keyboard (DIMM A, DIMM B). E.g. if I want to put in four 2gb sticks I bought myself, do I lost guarantee? Because you need to put off the keyboard to get them in ...

    User manual says:
Your computer has four user-accessible SODIMM sockets: DIMM A and DIMM B are located under the keyboard; DIMM C and DIMM D are located under the base assembly cover.

    Any idea?

You quoted the answer yourself: The manual calls the slots "user-accessible", meaning that the user can access them in order to put in memory modules. This does not affect your warranty.
