The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

It's up on the UK site as well. Some weird configurations though. I think I'll talk to my rep.

Yes, the machine is fully upgradeable, but good luck finding the QX9300 anywhere or 16GB of memory, though Dell doesn't have the latter option up at the time. Just max out 2x 64GB SLC Samsung SSDs *drool* can't get better than that! (Well you can but at $700, it's a pretty decent price for SLC SSD)

    What are the differences between:

    1 - 17" WUXGA RGB LED Back-Lit Display (1920x1200) Resolution
2 - 17" WUXGA RGB LED Edge To Edge Back-Lit Display (1920x1200) Resolution

The second panel is more expensive but great quality?

    Sorry for my english :)

I don't see that option. Perhaps there's a little man inside with a flashlight who runs to and fro :p

If you spend some money with them, you get one. What sort you get depends on how much you spend.

As I said, I think they may need to take the kinks out of the site - I can't actually configure a properly working (with wireless) machine on the web for example.
