Maybe it could be that my airplane mode switch is broken???
Is it possible to take out my airplane mode switch from M4800? and permanently disable it?

Windows 10's airplane mode is a really bad feature.. Microsoft guys had to provide a way to permanently disable it. Because this kind of problem can make your laptop totally useless. I can't believe there's no way to solve this simple problem.

Go to Device Manager, right-click/uninstall the Airplane Mode Switch (under Human Interface Devices). Do NOT try to redetect and install a new driver.
With the Airplane Mode Switch uninstalled, you should be able to toggle Airplane Mode back off in Action Center. ("Speech bubble" thing in bottom right.)

This would be a temporary fix as the device would eventually be re-detected automatically, but if it works I have an idea for a permanent fix.

Thanks, that didn't worked. I uninstalled Airplane Mode Switch driver but my laptop was staying locked at airplane mode. However, I could re-enable Wifi by suspending 'Radio Management' services on task manager.
Here are the steps I followed:

    1. Open your task manager
    2. Find 'Service Host: Radio Management Service'
    3. Click on 'End task'

After that, I could turn on Wifi.. but this doesn't look like a complete fix. I can connect to Wifi but it still shows airplane mode icon... and the 'Service Host: Radio Management' will likely start again whenever I reboot my laptop.
So this 'Service Host: Radio Management Service' is a part of this Windows 10 system.

If I can completely blacklist this 'Radio Management Service' from task manager, I could solve this problem, I believe.

It looks like ending 'Service Host: Radio Management Service' on task manager solved my problem.
I ended 'Service Host: Radio Management Service' on task manager several times and I blocked it on Task Blocker software. And now my airplane mode switch is working fine again... this is so strange.
    https://sourceforge.net/projects/taskblocker/

So this software allows you to block any task from starting up on task manager. I added the 'Service Host: Radio Management Service'...

It took me one full day to fix this problem. and now my Win 10 has been reset.
I think Microsoft or Dell guys should provide a better way to permanently disable airplane mode. In case your airplane mode switch breaks down, it can lock your laptop up. It is one of the most poorly programmed features on Windows 10.

The problem is 'Service Host: Radio Management Service' running in background. It's not fully compatible with Dell M4800? or it has bugs... anyways, it's best to permanently disable it.

You can visit "Services" (just search for that in the start menu) to locate and disable the service to prevent it from returning on startup.
I do not think that it is a compatibility problem (we would surely be hearing more complaints about this). I think that your airplane mode switch is somehow broken and stuck in the "on" position.

I had disabled that on Services before but it didn't help.
People advise you to set it to 'Manual' instead of 'Disabled'.
Mine was fixed when it was set to 'Manual'

and when it was fixed, my airplane mode switched worked like normal. So it looks like Radio Management Services task piles up and cause bugs... and you have to manually end its tasks on task manager. Otherwise it will freeze your airplane mode switch. Regardless, I think Microsoft guys should give us a button that can permanently disable Airplane mode... not all laptops have perfect airplane mode switches or up-to-date system. This can screw up the whole laptop.

Check this M6800 owner who had the same problem. Dell tech guy replaced his airplace mode switch but it didn't fix the problem.
    https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/28579352/W2012-Stuck-in-airplane-mode.html

This is a compatibility problem caused by programmers at Microsoft. They had to provide us with 'Permanently deactivate airplane mode' button.... :(

Ok, strange. The service in question was already set to "Manual" for me, I believe that is the default setting. Was it set to "Automatic" for you? Maybe something got it set to Automatic by mistake and that caused the problem.

It was set to 'Manual' by default.

hmm my guess is still the same. 'Service Host: Radio Management Services' task isn't programmed very well or is not fully compatible with old Dell Precision airplane mode switches.. so sometimes it can freeze your airplane mode switch.

Another M6800 user stuck in airplane mode after windows update:
    https://www.justanswer.com/computer/a3bwv-airplane-mode-laptop-stuck-off-cannot.html

I found a few other M6800 owners who had the same problem... so it appears Dell's old airplane mode switch is not very good for the latest Windows 10 updates.

Most of other laptops don't have this kind of airplane mode switch. They can turn on / off airplane mode by pressing down Fn + PrtScrn. and obviously Microsoft don't have to care about old Dell laptops with special airplane mode switch..

I have a new problem , after it finally boot up. Now i have a problem with this "machine check exception" i try with 3x USB different ones, 2.0 different rams, different O/S even linux now i am downloading hirens boot distro.
I keep getting after the F12 and the boot order, as soon as it turns on to try and load the "boot menu" > after the F12 when the circle is going to start to load for the Windows 10 i get a BSOD with "machine check exception".
I have the latest A26 BIOS but again nothing.

    Anypoints ?

    New update.
With , Hirens it boots up.

I have changed the CPU , with a simpler one, i5 etc. and the laptop booted straight up .
And i swapped the CPU to another laptop and put it the i7 4800MQ and started malfucntioning. So i believe is the CPU problem....

Also, when i disable the VT- feature and all the "add-ons" on the I7 4800MQ it starts up just fine.

So is semi - broken ?

    Something like that...
