Did anyone order the E/Travel Lite module? Mine does not even FIT into the optical slot.

Otherwise, I'll comment more on the machine later...

Don't forget the pictures! This seems like a pretty big knock on Dell's part, considering their much touted 4.3lbs is with the travel module...

I screwed that up. Never mind. Just do a Google search for Dell Malaysia. Look for the notebook listing.

The picture of the Dell Malaysia web page is authentic.

I told the guy exactly what build i wanted first, then after he'd already done that, asked about the DPA, and then pointed out itd be bad for my credit, and then said, can you give me a better deal than i can get online? id rather just do this online -- yeah, thanks for your help, ill get it online. at which point he went into overdrive trying to get me things. the reps don't technically have the power to do it, they need manager authorization for the "manager discount", so just make sure to be nice/convince them its in their best interest to insist on it to their manager.

and yeah, the ~10% was on top of the 12%, so its not quite an additional 10% of the original total.

I'll take pictures tonight, after my last major project is done.

If you compare the size of the travel module with the optical drive, you'll see the travel module is SIGNIFICANTLY thicker.
