    Good point. Something doesn't quite add up unless the travel module is quite heavy. An optical drive weighs about 0.18kg. So 2.15kg - 0.18 (optical drive) - 0.09 (2 cells of battery) = 1.88kg. Does the travel module weigh 70 grams? Maybe.

    I can't afford to buy one of each just to weigh them myself!

    Hmm, saw that too on the Tech Specs page a couple of moments ago after I posted... :eek: Was posting based on what I saw in the E6400 support PDF earlier, which didn't mention LED and the WXGA+ option drew 7.5W power compared to 6.2W from the WXGA. Whereas for the E6500 PDF it does mention WLED and the WXGA+ option draws a lower 5.8W. Guess I got a little confused over there. :p

    The values are max values - perhaps the LED of E6400 is simply brighter - I hope so ;)
