Never, unless Dell breaks from past behavior. Dell doesn't refresh the GPUs in the Precision mid-cycle. You'll have to wait until the next iteration, next year.
(Depending on the timing, NVIDIA Volta GPUs may be available by then, but who knows what NVIDIA will offer for the low-end Quadro at that time.)

I meant are they going to exist at all. Like is NVidia even releasing lower end quadros for laptops.

That's up to NVIDIA, but usually they follow the workstation industry's refresh schedule when releasing new mobile Quadros. And the workstation industry follows Intel's CPU refresh schedule. Dell, HP, and Lenovo always refresh their workstations at around the same time and it is a month or two after Intel's new CPUs are released. These things have to go through ISV certification so they don't want to be changing them up all the time.

    So pretty much...
When Coffee Lake CPUs are becoming available (for laptops, April 2018 at the earliest is my current understanding, but Intel always seems to slip) --- NVIDIA will decide which mobile Quadros to make and that will be what we get for the next generation. (If Intel's CPUs slip until summer, there's a chance we will get Volta mobile Quadros, at least for the high-end.) As an aside, Coffee Lake CPUs will be the most interesting CPU refresh that we will have gotten in a while, with 6-core mobile CPUs becoming a thing.

I'm a bit surprised that they didn't release low-end Pascal Quadros. For the past few generations they have used the same GPU technology for all of the mobile Quadros, top-to-bottom.

As for the possibility of an out-of-band GPU release from NVIDIA, the only recent past example I can think of is that they did release a high-end Quadro M5500M GPU out-of-band, a bit later than the other first-gen Maxwell mobile Quadros --- but I'm not sure what laptop you can actually get one of those in, it certainly never made it to Dell.

"DOUBLEWORKSTATION" didn't work for me. It said "The following coupons have been entered but require additional information or do not meet eligibility requirements"

Yep. That worked fine for me before, now I get the same error. Maybe it was a loophole they finally closed.

When do you guys think (based on previous experience) that we will start seeing 5520 in outlet?

This is completely delusional solution Dell to use pascal graphics only in the 17 "stations !! I do not need a 17" laptop, I need 15, "My God! What are they thinking ?? Why MSI laptop 15" with Quadro P3000 and Dell do not have?!

Anyone know how to find coupons for precision and XPS..?
I think is better for me a XPS and then get a tb3 case with Quadro inside

How about a little love for the precision 3520? Anyone bought one of those? I think the 3510 had issues with heat... so this time around it looks like the video card draws ~10 watts fewer...
