I disabled Optimus in the bios this morning to check the NVidia card performance. At the next start up the screen the resolution was set automatically to 800*600 so I have set it to FHD and I have notice some autoinstall process in the background installing the NVidia card drivers (again?). Later on when I have re-enabled Optimus I got a error message at start up titled:

    "RoxWatchTray12Oem.exe-system error"

the body of the window say:

"the program can't start because LayoutDll12Oem.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".

I google it and it has to do with Roxio Creator Starter, I have tried to repair it but the only option is to re-install and I don't have the disk as it came loaded on the machine.
I have disable in autorun to avoid the warning.
Did you get the same error when Optimus was disabled?
Whre can i download Roxio Creator Starter?

    Thanks

PS: Disabling Optimus the error message does not show up..

You could also consider an item like those in the following list. They let you drive a display through a USB port. Other companies have similar offerings and it would pay to research, but I just happened to have this link handy:

Guys, does anybody have a clue how many displays could E6520 with HD3000 support over a replicator? E-Port Plus has 5 video outs, does it mean it's possible to work with 5 external displays? :D

I've lost the volume icon that appears when the volume button is pressed above the keys. It still works but the icon doesn't come up at all over the open windows or desktop??? Don't know if it's a Dell install or Win7

Hello. I have a Dell Latitude E6520 for almost 2 months with Intel 2720 and NVS4200. This morning, I noticed the following problem. I go to the "Nvidia control panel", I Choose Display, Change Resolution and the refresh is set to 40MHz. I Change it to 60MHz, but when I restart my notebook, and go to "Nvidia control panel" refresh rate is set back to 40MHz!!! I reinstall the latest Dell nvidia drivers without a result. I install the latest drivers from nvidia site but without a result too. Intel drivers seem to function properly at 60MHz, and monitor resolution is 1920x1080@60MHz. I would appreciate any help, because this problem really drives me crazy. Thanx in advance.
