Got my hands on some part numbers:

Oddly enough, the part numbers for the 7560 and 7760 were the same. This was not the case for the 7550/7750.

    Thanks for the information.
I did not follow the thread for a while, do you know if the form factor of 7560s and 7760s card are the same as previous generation ?

Anyone knows the difference between the Windows 10 Pro selected below and the Windows 10 Pro highlighted in red?

The combination of the screenshot(with the i9-11950H) returns the error in Yellow, if I switch to the OS highlighted in red and keep the i9-11950H, the error goes away.

But if I change the CPU to the i7-11850H then the error is displayed if the OS is the one highlighted in red.

I already have a copy of Windows 10 Professional so eventually I will change to Ubuntu Linux 20.04 but I wanted to make sure what the issue is as it's very confusing.

In general MS licensing is a single big cluster fu**. Since Dell is an OEM inegrator they have special prices and licenses for windows 10 depending on their contracts like e.g.: cpu cores, cpu type etc.

So Dell only may sell a version Pro with 6 core license with 6 core CPU and a Pro with 8 core license with 8 core CPU. Same as only Pro for Workstation for XEON cpu. As long as you dont have a contract with MS you just can ignore it as the end user versions have a different licensing terms and conditions.

@Dell-Mano_G stated that they are not. We have not seen good photos of the cards to see how big of a difference it is. There is still a chance that the cards would be compatible with 7X50 systems if you also swap out the heatsink... but I wouldn't be getting my hopes up at this point.

If 7560 and 7760 really use the same physical GPU cards then I think the chances for compatibility with prior systems are even lower. (They must have made physical changes to the motherboard and GPU card shape in at least one of the new systems to make that work...)

    [Edit]
Actually there is this photo in the manual.
It does look pretty similar to the 7550 previous generation cards.

If image not loading -- see eBay page. https://www.ebay.com/itm/164945557650?epid=28039092976
(The 7760 card is missing a DGFF connector but it might be present on higher-end GPUs, it looks like there is space for it. Or, maybe they decided that with PCIe4, not as many data lanes are needed...)
So, it looks like it might be the case that you could upgrade a 7550 but not a 7750 ...?

Apparently it's a RAM issue. Mash It retested with low density RAM and results are quite a bit better.
It seems that high density RAM slows your laptop down. You learn something new every day. I wonder what the Precisions use.

Seems like it should arrive before 8/6 unless the shipping takes 2 weeks.

LTT made a video about it testing an intel and AMD laptop.
I'm still confused about dual rank RAM and whether dual rank RAM is "high density" with only one side having RAM chips. Is dual rank RAM faster than single rank RAM? I have seen lots of conflicting opinions online.

Damn all this RAM stuff is annoying. How much money do manufacturers save from using cheaper high density RAM? I understand that there might be a shortage, but selling a product that performs that much below potential is just bad (and many people won't realize it if they don't watch reviews/disassemble the laptop). And it's only a matter of time before consumers find out. Glad I decided to get my RAM aftermarket just in case they ship the Precisions with cheap RAM (would be really sad if they did that).
As if GPU and CPU wattage on laptops isn't confusing enough for purchasing a laptop...

What is the definition of "high density" and "low density" RAM ?
