    How quiet is the notebook? In the cnet review they say that the air vent is on the left side of the notebook. Will it get hot on this side?

    Are you able to measure and confirm the thickness of the E6500 at front and back?

    The supposed thinness compared to most of the other 'Centrino 2' laptops so far released by manufacturers is my biggest draw to it at the moment...

    wow i ordered mine back on august 19 and it only just shipped, will be here monday. Will post pics when i get it. Don't even want to look at what i would have paid if i had instead waited to buy now.
