You need to install the Dell Security Suite to get the smart card driver.

I specifically asked about it and was assured that the screens (all of them) are RGBLED - that is what sales confirmed via chat. Also the features section list them. The guide me is extremely non-specific about what type of display is included. I want the RGBLED for the higher luminosity, could not really care much about the color gamut ;) I r an engineer after all. Daylight readability is huge. And yes, I was assured by a sup that I can simply return for a refund.

Thats similar to a code I found online and it knocked about ~$1200 off my system. It too expired in 2 days - I read on another thread you can sometimes get a code out of dell by signing up with a 'new' account and answering that you intend to purchase a computer within 2 weeks?

    Dirk,
    (Correction) My bad...
The bluetooth module is located under the palmrest but is very hard to reach and is a small part. It is not designed to be a customer replacement part.
There is no location under the palmrest for the SSD MiniCard except the shared space with the WWAN module. The SSD minicard is not designed to fit in the Precision On Flash location. The minicard is connected via eSATA and there is no eSATA connection where the Flash module is. Also, the card is too long to fit there. I just want to ensure that you don't have the wrong expectations.

I forgot the bluetooth module in my order, and I'm wondering if it can be ordered after the fact. And is it something that can be easily installed.

    Thanks!

The bluetooth module is not a customer installed item due to the amount of work it requires. It can be installed by service with a service call.

havoctex - is the Full HD (1920 x 1080) screen supposed to be RGB or WLED by default?

    Merlin2375,

The Full HD panel, 1920 x 1080, is a WLED panel. The M4500 does not current offer a RGB panel.
