yea i know its a sweet price, thats why im so pissed off they dint have any left because i delayed my purchase by a week :( apparently they only got sent 4 units, and they're having supply issues so they pulled it after they sold those 4.

oh well. gonna have to make do with the 2ccfl.

yea, another thing i wanted that they pulled because they had a limited quantity was the P9500 processor. they upgraded me at no extra charge to the t9600, which is more expensive so i suppose i dont mind the 10w difference...hope the system dosent get too hot

You won't notice a dif, you won't utilize the extra 10W often (this is only full load).

I♥RAM could u pls elaborate more on what u did here..sound promising..just a few questions though..did you experience any decrease in loading time for any program to start up? In other words did u feel your laptop getting slower after installing 'big' apps? I felt my laptop getting slower after installing few 'big' apps such as autocad 2009,3d max 2009, photoshop cs3 ext., coreldraw x4, etc. Do you think I'm overdoing it for this workstation? I thought it was powerful enough for those apps..hmm think I should install vista now to resolve the slowness issue? Hope I can gather some advise from you guys with M4400 with hardcore graphic apps..cheers
