Nice pics I♥RAM,just got my M4400 today exactly a week after I ordered (Malaysia).Looking forward to share my views.Wonder where should I start 'experimenting'??The unit is excellent but just a small matter of a slight dent at the latch button...don't know if I should change to a new one...cannot bear the waiting no more...

You only had to wait 7 days? That's awesome, I had to wait 10 since mine was made in Malaysia. We pretty much have the same computer, I would begin by running BIOS diagnostics and making sure all built in hardware functions properly.

    After, you can experiment.

Yay! Congratulations! :) I sent a request to post a review of the M4400 on notebookreview.com that I said I would do over the weekend, and it's just completed. I hope I can put up a something of value soon to the people here and hopefully they won't say no! (even though the M4400 isn't even listed on their site as existing) How do you find the your screen and what model did you get? :D

So the Dell reps DID lie to me! Since you got your laptop at the Malaysia plant (where mine also comes from) and they told me they were no longer offering it, yet you got yours! I'm very happy for you since that appears to be the good panel, but I'm still mighty annoyed at the Dell reps who tried to lead me astray on my search for the good quality display panel. By the way what number is it, 5442 or 5443? And now I'm not sorry for returning my M4400, not one bit. I would buy from them again, but I'd never trust their sales department over something like this ever again.
