    Still updating...
5530 has the "default discount" now (base $1529 instead of $2188).

They are really.... taking their time...

Shouldn't this be done before today...and rolling out in 1 deployment? :(

3530 and 5530 are not showing up for me at that link. Perhaps not rolling out to all servers simultaneously for some reason.
(@pantherqin, I don't know why they do it this way but it's always like this...)

[Edit] They're showing up for me now, just a couple of minutes later.

Indeed, I played with it and a "lowest acceptable" configuration for our organization pushed it up to almost $3000. (Base plus NVIDIA P1000, 16 GB RAM, 4K screen, 512GB SSD, bigger battery, 3 year warranty)

Also, a strange error shows up if you try to add an NVIDIA GPU without changing away from the base 8300 CPU. ("The Base Options selected requires UMA Video Card"?) You have to upgrade the CPU one level in order for it to be happy but it is not clear from the error that you have to do this.

I suspect the 7530 will be a good bit cheaper (starting price is supposed to be around $1100).

Yeah it seems only the very base model can have both lowest CPU and lowest GFX module, if you hop up either one you must go to the higher "base" (motherboard?)

Personally I want the Xeon CPU with base GFX.

Both the CPU and GPU are soldered onto the motherboard for this system, so they have to produce a different motherboard variation for each combination of the two... Not surprised that they want to limit the options available somewhat.
