The only things close to the dock are my laptop (can't go very far with the short cord) and two Dell 4K monitors. There is no wireless router or anything nearby. The closest monitor is at least 12 inches away from the dock.

I get the feeling that the new BIOS 1.2.5 causes the issue. Don't see it with the old 1.0.5. Did not try 1.1.7 yet.

At what BIOS version are the others with this keyb/mouse issues?

Unfortunately after the motherboard change I now have a scratch on the display - pretty sure it was not there before

I experienced the issue with 1.1.7 and 1.2.5. I did not try 1.0.5.

I got my 7730 and dock at the same time, and out of the box I got the USB issues. Then I used Dell's Support app to install available updates. Then I called Support and they had me apply other patches. Still do luck.

I have an appt with Support to remote in to my system tomorrow and check everything. If that doesn't work, I'm probably going to ask for a swap of some kind.

I did notice that the laptop charged significantly slower than with a power cord plugged right in back. I now have the dock connected, but use a separate power cord for the laptop, just in case.
