Power usage is going to be different probably because of gfx n CPU differences.

Anyone know what are the Pro BIOS differences?

So I ordered a 7510 with the 512 m2 pcie nvme high performance and chose to not add a second drive due mainly because of their offerings. Will I be able to add the second drive once it gets here? The order went to in production after a day so I can't cancel now.

Yes, you can install a second drive yourself later on.

The 7510 supports upto 2 drives: one 2.5" drive (either SATA or PCIe) and one M.2 drive.

You can install a second M.2 drive in the 2.5" bay using a so called 'interposer'. I don't have the Dell part number of the interposer, but you can always contact Dell tech support.

Will this issue affect clean installs of Windows?

If you do a clean install of Windows, you will not have the eDellRoot certificate.

However, it is possible that one of the driver or software packages from Dell adds the eDellRoot certificate.

I am not going to use Windows OS but Linux, will this root certificate will affect any future installations on 7710 precision?

The root certificate is in the OS image that ships with the system, it is not embedded in the system any further than that. If you install the OS yourself, you will not get it.

It is not confirmed that this certificate shows up on any Precision systems.
