    Hi Mano,

    2 quick questions for you
    1) It would seem that Thunderbolt is available for 7710 straight away - see my discussion via Dell chat above - can you confirm or deny?
    2) What model is the High Performance M.2 SSD, is it Samsung 950 Pro?

    1. No that is not correct. Thunderbolt 3 is coming soon on the 7510 & 7710. Only the 5510 has it available now.
    2. We have multiple vendors. If they meet the read/write performance levels than they are included.

Mano, could you tell us what those read write performance levels are for the PCIe drives? Thanks

Yep, I second this question especially regarding the 5510. What is the performance on the 256gb m.2 SSD?

    My 2 cents

As the price of the M.2 512GB disk seems in between the two options of the 7510, I'm having doubts if it's the Samsung 950 Pro NMVe. Would really like to know, as my choice of disk depends on this.

It is always MUCH cheaper to order SSD yourself than pre-installed by Dell. Just choose the cheapest one and it will still save you a lot of money

    Regarding the 7710:
Appears to be configuration issues still; for example, I noticed that if you get the i7 CPU, it forces you to get a smartcard reader (why is that required?).
