No issues updating to A06 for me.

Glad to know Dell is supporting the 14 people that use the track stick while the machine is docked.

I think GF100 is the new Nvidia Quadro 5000 video card.

 

Dont worry about it, the issue was fixed according to a member here but the issue was when people ordered M6500's with quad cores and only utilized 2 dimm slots during configuration they would receive the dual core motherboard with only 2 ram slots vs the 4 ram slots found on the M6500's quad core models.

Wow, when dell says scratch and dent they mean scratch and dent. My outlet m6500 arrived and the top cover looks like it was left out in a hail storm.... I decided to do a system exchange due to the price I received on my intial purchase. Does anyone have any experience with this process and how long it can take? Dell rep said a couple of weeks.....

 

It took approximately 5 days no including weekends until my Dell was shipped.

 

But look at my order. My spec is quad cpu and 4gb ram (2x2GB)

 

That is hopefull.....

 

Can still be absolutely ok and is much better than 4*1GB as you can easily upgrade to 8GB with additional 2*2GB
