Is there a way to set the FN keys as always-on? I use the media keys (F8 through F12) quite often and would prefer not holding down the FN keys to use these buttons.

EDIT: Nevermind, found settings in the BIOS.

Is the GPS receiver included even if you don't opt for "mobile broadband" when ordering? How do you access the GPS settings?

if by 'flicker' you mean on/off [that is, black screen for an instant] that's not driver.
if you mean it shimmers, like nervous... that sounds like a refresh rate issue.
does it have an 'autodim' feature by chance?

Shimmers is the right word (sry my english isn't the best one) i am looking for solution
found topic about same problem http://forum.notebookreview.com/dell-latitude-vostro-precision/351674-e6400-screen-flickering-3.html

and yes all the problem is in intel graphic settings/power section. DIM was set on 5 min with battery. Now i am just testing intel settings and looking for best power saving+no shimmers.

But anyway I am very happy with v131. The keyboard is really, really nice. i5 does the heat (with chrome 7 tabs, some small programs minimized it is 42c) and still it is ok for so thin laptop. And ultra slim ones doesn't have so powerfull processor as v131.
Even my friend who's apple fan (got probook, ipad, iphone) liked it.
Definitely it is very nice laptop for student or bussines man for daily work

There is a software called "Dell Broadband Manager". It is used for connect/disconnect in WWAN. And also gives acces to a little GPS-Status-Screen.

In between I have testet the GPS reciver with different applications (PC Navigator 11, Microsoft Autoroute) and it works very well. Just needed to configure the COM-Port in the applications.

Does anybody know, how to configure the Dell Quick Switch Key (key on top right corner) to switch the keyboard light on and off? Actually i got it for turning audio on/off, but switching the keyboard light would be much more usefull, as i cant find the right key-combo for keybord light when it is dark. The Quick Switch Key is much easier to find...
