I have installed your icm file, and the colors are now very similar to what I achieved by tweaking the Intel HD graphics driver. I guess they are even better, but to be sure I'd need the Spyder as each panel might be slightly different.

Of course, when I installed your icm profile without reverting my Intel color settings to factory default, the picture became too warm (red-brownish). It became more natural (still warm, and without the bluish cast) after I reset the Intel driver - however, one interesting behavior I observe is that the LCD will become brownish sometimes, as if the new system profile added to my own tweaking (even though I have them saved in a currently unused profile). To get normal colors, I need to open and close the Intel interface:)

    I wonder why it happens...

I second that - thumbs up for Siorus :)

While we're still on the calibration: Sioruus - could you please load my Intel color enhancement values, and using the Spyder, check how far from the proper balance I was?

My guess is it was quite close actually, with the exception of my colors being much more saturated than your profile:

    Brightenss: 0
    Contrast: 50
    Gamma: 0.8
    Hue: 354
    Saturation: 18

    TIA,

    Piotr

if its been months then whats a couple weeks I simply wana get it right on the first go

plus this forum helped me avoid a huge mistake i think by avoiding the dreaded hp 87w I own their stock and I still cant buy one and thats laughable

The CMI panel is on hold with the M6600, all configurations that might have this panel.

The IPS RGB panel will not come with touch.
