Yes, me too. The screen is the scene. I just want a GPU that does movies and videos flawlessly.

Any one of those GPUs will do that. Even the integrated GPU if enabled would do that.

Thanks. That's my understanding, as well. Thus, my concern is on the high-quality screen itself, and the IPS screens are just gorgeous.

I second that, for the precisions price, a quality IPS lcd is a must (no matter how the computer will be used).

IPS not necessarily, but 1920x1080 is definitely a must.

IPS display on M4600 is no longer configurable at Dell UK. what a bummer. I certainly will not buy it without IPS screen.

That is a shame. Wonder why they're doing that?

Personally, would prefer 1600x900 and IPS over 1920x1080 and TN.

Probably storage of supply. Contact Dell and hopefully they'll be able to configure it by phone or at least give you a timeframe as to when they will be able to get more IPS panels.

As in UK, the same thing in Italy! IPS not configurable!
I hope last week configuration is still valid...
Otherwise I will change the configured I7-2820QM with I7-2920XM :D
Not the same, but ... it will help to overcome the depression :p
