    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Conclusion
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

10 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. 3 third party drivers have been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

igdkmd64.sys (Intel Graphics Kernel Mode Driver, Intel Corporation)
nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 306.68 , NVIDIA Corporation)
nvkflt.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 306.68 , NVIDIA Corporation)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Your nVidia drivers are crashing for some reason, I was kind of expecting that it was video driver related.

If there is a more recent driver version, download it and when you install them, do a custom installation and make sure the checkbox perform clean install is ticked.

    HI,
I have a Dell BT Travel Mouse (Bluetooth), it has worked very well in the past and also with this M4700 machine I have.
One month ago the mouse just disconnected as I was working, no Low battery warning or so.

When reconecting everythings seemed work fine, but the blue diod on the mouse kept on flashing even though windows reported that the Mouse was succesfull added. The mouse, somehow was still in "connection"-mode, and didn't function. ´Restarting the mouse didn't help, it just got the blue diod to stop.

After changing batteries I could reconnect at first attempt and everything worked fine.

Now it happened again, I tried everything as before, new batteries as well, but no success. The blue diod keeps flashing and mouse can't control the pointer.

I trired to connect the Mouse to another computer and that works fine.

So, is this a known problem or is it my machine? Bad driver? Bad Hardware?
I have the 380 bluetooth module
Driver is 6.5.1.2321 (which seems to be the latest)

    Anyone have a clue?

You may want to try drive cleaner to remove all the old drivers, and try again.

double check your system temps, and see if you have all the latest chipset drivers from Dells Site

If it still crashes I would suggest a clean install.

Hi folks, today i will try a clean install.

I think that the crashes are produced by the displayport connection.

Hi folks, i had installed the performance driver from the Nvidia site and yesterday was fine.

I dont know what is that driver exactly because you can choose between both drivers ( normal and performance) and the performance driver is oldest than the normal.

    Anyone could explain it??

I have seen new drivers that actually made things worse, just keep an eye out for a updated driver if you still find problems. but is what you have works u can always stick with it.
