    Hi there,

Hope you're all well - I'm part of the Social Outreach Services team at Dell, usually I check out the posts on Twitter but I've had this thread alerted to me.

Dave - the part number for the LVDS cable for FHD screens is NV9R0, hope that helps!

    Hi elzuma,

Just read back through the posts to see what issue you're getting and it definitely does seem to be graphics related. I know that you've updated the driver but I'm wondering if there's any hardware issues causing this.

If it's okay with you, can you try running the PC Diagnostics here: Dell PC Diagnostics | Dell UK and let me know if you receive any error codes?

Do you only receive these blue screen errors when you have your external monitor connected?

Hope to hear from you soon!

Dunno about the specific part numbers here, but to order my M6700 heatsink, I called Dell spare parts (800-357-3355) and talked to a sales rep from there. These don't seem to be reps that do only spare parts, it took him a little while to find mine (he was looking for stuff that normally shows up on the web site, memory and whatever), but once I explained that this was the part number given by a technician, something clicked and he was able to get it for me.

Dell has a parts department, you can order from them, usually the sales rep knows where to transfer your call, you could always try support or chat support, they can also redirect you to the right place.
