Then you are running in full dual channel, everything is as good as it can be in terms of RAM speed as long as all 4 SODIMMs have the same clock speed and timings.

The problem is that I don't know speed and timing of the 4 gigs of ram preinstalled.
Is it possible to find out it?

I have another question for you

In windows update I see an update for the graphic card: nVidia graphics adapter WDDM1.1, graphics adapter WDDM1.2, Other hardware - NVIDIA Quadro K2000M of about 225 MB
It's recommended to download this update?

Sorry for the stupid question but after years of mac os I don't know exactly how to handle these updates
    Thanks

That is version 306.97 of the NVIDIA graphics drivers in Windows Update. I'm running them and there has been no trouble.

The Verge's Windows 8 review is pretty good --- it hits the differences and new stuff but isn't terribly long.
