When did you order? did it ship earlier than the expected date?

 

Wow, you really went all out on the config! Are you going to be gaming on this machine at all? I've been dying to see how the FX 770M handles games with the stock drivers and/or with GeForce drivers! Congratulations, and I'll be waiting for your review and pictures!

 

Mine also shipped today! Our specs are identical but my cpu is the T9400. Didn't quite have enough for the Xtreme! lol. Mine should be arriving later this afternoon.

BTW for those wondering, I ordered mine on 8/19 and shipped yesterday 8/25.

 

That's amazing. Dell asks for 15 business days to "build" the E laptops.

 

The demand for the E series has been more than they expected.. Or at least the rep hinted something like that. I guess there are a lot of execs updating their laptops

 

No way Congrats! Hopefully looking forward a bit for mine as the delivery page for mine says 17-Oct Give us info! Benchmarks! And closeups of the backlit keyboard. Maybe a short review, outlining temperatures, flex in screen, keyboard feel, etc?
