    Hey, how did you calibrate your touchpad, I changed from a thinkpad to dell, but some nagging issues cannot be resolved.

    Correct. And to access it, open the mouse control panel from the control panel. And look for the "Dell TouchPad" tab, where you have a big fat over-sized icon of a touchpad which you can click on, to open the touchpad configuration panel.

    this is flatly not true. the keys for vista and 7 are independent of the architecture.

    i mean, fair enough, but to say you will be stuck with it implies that you dont have a key to just switch if you acquire the other disc.

    I have this question regarding the download of the driver updates, which software should be installed that help track our driver whether it is the most updated version?

    They are no magic software that will do that for you.

    If you put your computer's service tag into the Dell support site then it will list the latest drivers (with date) appropriate for your computer.
