But this has no effect on this.
Btw, when I tried to watch it from Edge, then there was this buffering, so when I paused the video, and let it download, then I as able to watch it smoothly, chrome just don't download this in advance (only when watching).
So looks like it's all about internet speed, maybe from certain pages, the download speed just don't get near to what my bandwidth is (50Mbps). Looks like it for me at least.

 

Overall internet speed can be measured using www.speedtest.net although this won't measure any specific bottlenecks relating to the server providing the video.

If your internet speed is well below the headline rate and you are using WiFi then you can run InSSIDer to check the signal strength of the WiFi signal and whether there are other routers on the same channel which could be causing interference. 5GHz is faster but has shorter range.

Yes, I know speedtest.net, it measures ~48 Mbps.
And yeah, I was referring to that bottleneck thing, that just might be it.

Aah, you have it? Damn, I thought I am the rare lucky man who managed to get a notebook that won't let you fall asleep with this nasty high frequency sound coming from within. At first, I thought it's an AC adapter, but once I stayed with the unplugged machine I realized it's the notebook itself.

Something like that, yes. But maybe a bit more intrusive.

I guess I'll try to give local Dell support a call. The sound kinda breaks a total silence at nights

That's exaclty what I was talking about. So this seems to be a common problem.

It was ATI Radeon HD 6770М; luckily, I was able to get a replacement as it broke shortly after I bought the laptop. Funny thing, though, I had to replace the optical DVD drive and the motherboard almost at the same time. But after that laptop works like a charm as a PC replacement; no problems at all. Guess HP's componens are just bad quality or something.

Thanks for the photos. Your bleeding seems to be minor and more uniformly distributed.

That's what I have thought and done, even in the same order, excluding turning off Bluetooth Yeah, 3-Y NBD support is sure a great thing.

 

I wouldn't call it a common problem since this is the first mention I have seen. A lot of electronic components emit some noise but usually it's not noticeable. I don't normally put my ear against the keyboard. However, if you can hear the noise in a quiet room then try to get Dell to make a swap.

Thanks for the clarification. One of the potential hazards for notebooks is barely adequate cooling and this can particularly affect those with dGPUs which often take more power than the CPU package. But if the problem arose with a nearly new notebook then it was either bad component or assembly.

On a separate note, I want to replace my Samsung 128 GB msata drive with something larger / faster..

Can anyone recommend a fast 500GB msata drive that just works with the e7450, without any issues.

I was considering the Crucial MX200, which I have installed in precision workstation and it works fine. However,
I have read that people have had issues with them.

I would appreciate any advice.

 

Well I got an RMA to send back the e7450 because of the fan always on more when I was surfing the net but not much when I was playing YouTube videos, the wireless dropping quite frequently, I reordered the one with the discrete Nvidia graphics card.

I did buy the Samsung 1TB Evo mSata that I installed in the 1st one I got and it works good, I will also be installing 16 gb ram once I get the new system. I had a really good screen on the 1st one so I am hoping I won't have any issues with the new one.

 

I trust the Evo gives better performance over the supplied PM851.

It's not so much the read speeds - more the write speeds which are not great. Windows takes a long time to shut down..

 

I got to say that mine takes also long time to shut down (10-20 secs), I have samsung 850 evo. Actualy I don't think it's beacuse ssd, or what?
