Today I updated to Bios 1.14.4 and could not restart windows 10, it's for 7710 but I guess it is the same. Never had his issue before, first time. Need to downgrade and re upgrade again to see if it is a real issue.

Mine is different, unable to enter bios, windows still working.
Could be bios issue, I just updated few days ago, and now when I check there is another urgent new bios update coming out in a very short time. Let me try if that solve this issue.
    ___________
Update: the bios i was using earlier 1.60 is already latest version, I installed it more than 3 days ago but i don't know why Dell listed it at 2 days ago making me thought of it is another urgent release. So it is not because of bios version issue.

I later found out it is because of I disable switchable graphic that has caused all these issues. Pull coin battery and load default, Dell logo now comes back and able to go into bios. Tried disable switchable graphic again, everything blank off like before, and laptop screen display active only at windows login screen. So unable to enter bios; or could be pressing F2 has entered bios but unable to display.

How can Dell force user to enable switchable graphic by this way????

    Ok... Try this.
    Disable switchable graphics.
Disable UEFI Secure Boot (but leave UEFI on).
Enable "Legacy option ROMs" in the boot options. (You have to disable Secure Boot before it will let you do this.)

Can you boot and see the Dell logo and BIOS now?

I had this exact same problem with the M6700 early on --- both the Dell logo/BIOS missing, and the ghost monitor, and this setting combination fixed it. The problem was a vBIOS in the dGPU that did not properly support UEFI. Later, an updated vBIOS was made available that fixed it. This was however from a system that was produced before Windows 8 was out and UEFI Secure Boot was a thing (it was added in a later firmware update) --- I'm surprised that they would have such a problem with the 7720.

[Edit] - Wait, are you using that Quadro P5000 with the ES vBIOS? That could be the same problem, then...

Yes P5000, but i flashed back with original vbios. This is a Dell card i think, no need to mod INF just direct install driver.
Thx i will later try it out. Currently Secure Boot is off, legacy option is disabled.

I wonder if you still have a different vBIOS than the one shipping on Dell P5000's in the 7720. It could be an earlier (pre-production) version, maybe.

Not working... and in fact my earlier reply about Legacy is OFF was actually already ON by default. So disable switchable graphics will just make the screen blank again. I tried turn off Legacy and still the same.

    So both settings have problems:-
    with switchable graphics,
    i) Can enter bios & boot selection, windows command prompt.
ii) Will not show an additional 640x480 unknown monitor in Display Settings.
iii) Noticed some strange lag in game data loading part and slightly longer time for fan to slowdown even temperature has dropped at quit.

Without switchable graphics, reversal of the above. The additional 640x480 unknown monitor is giving me problem when KVM is in place where the multi monitor settings will not be remembered at all and need to reconfigure every restart.

    Nightmare...
I did not expect this from Dell. This is the question of my purchase of Dell. Very sad.

What kind of paste or solder is used for the processor? How much will it serve? And if the processor breaks it will be necessary to change the entire board?
A very bad decision, it is for these reasons that I completely refused the purchase of Apple...
And now Dell has thrown the same surprise. Why all they do so that only gets worse for people...
