Have a look at post #292 in this thread.
He is THE person who would know (Sr. Product Manager for the Precision line).

Why would not Dell include P3000
In the configuration of 7520 if it is suitable for the specification?

I'm assuming that they are the same, as I've just ordered one from the UK, but on my invoice it states the US details. I'm chatting with Dell to get them to confirm.

Just checked. There's no anti glare and the colour gamut on the US screen is only 72%

Note that there appears to be two 4K options, one regular and one "narrow border". Both are available on the US site, but if only one is available on the UK site, I imagine that it is the regular one and not the "narrow border" one.

You would think so, but it does appear that the Dell representative has tried to have me over. After sending through my basket, we eventually agreed on a price (a good price). I was actually surprised that he was able to get to the price I wanted.

However, after carefully reading the sales order specs it would appear the the sales rep has made a couple of slight adjustments, making the product cheaper.

First time dealing with Dell, and it's not looking good!

Dell US online shows this info for the 4k:

17.3" UHD IPS Narrow Border (3840x2160) Wide View with Camera and Mic ProductCode:UHDCM 1 SKU:[391-BDHT]

Dell UK online shows this info for the 4k:

    17.3" UltraSharp™ UHD IGZO(3840x2160) Anti-Glare LED-backlit (100% Adobe color gamut) with Camera ProductCode:5094741 SKU:[391-BDCG]

They do look to be different according to the code/SKU. See if you can check your order online. Compare the SKU of the LCD in your order to one of the above SKUs

It seems Dell Italy configurator too offers only the IGZO panel and not the narrow border one.

Had different chats with sales reps in the last few days...embarassing experience at least. No help at all.
Do you think speaking by phone could be more helpful?

With the "narrow border" screen, does that make the overall laptop form factor smaller?

No, it makes the screen a little larger. (Best information we have currently anyway... No one actually has one yet.)
