    Yeah, it doesn't fit their long standing configurator model, but they should probably just call the slots by name and list what drives can be put in there. Drive 1,2,3 just complicates things.

    The UHD panel is compatible with a single DIMM of memory. Just working through some bugs on the site.

    @Dell-Mano_G
    When the Radeon Pro WX 4130 will be available for Dell 7520 and 7720? Bigger one has also Radeon Pro WX 7100, but 7520 seems to be NVIDIA-only system at this moment. Unfortunately, NVIDIA open source drivers are terrible.

    Happy to announce my order of the NEW 7720, P5000, Xeon 1535 v6, 64 GB RAM......the works. Can't wait to receive it. This will be my first Dell Precision. I have only the P570wm and Hp Pavilion and a m15x alienware in the past. Pretty excited to have a new streamlined system with 16GB of dedicated mobile graphics in one card!! Received a fairly nice discount from Dell off the list price after speaking with a Dell Business Sales rep on the phone.

    Once you get yours, you can start the "Precision 7720 Owner's Thread" if you like. :) (Post some pictures... though really I guess it looks just like the 7710.)
    That is a really sweet system, glad you're excited.

    Indeed, you can even put the NVMe drives in RAID-0 for insane speed if you so choose.

    Hi
    I am trying to spec a 7720 with a UHD screen in the UK but I'm a little confused.

    On Dell's UK site the UHD screen is listed as, "17.3" UltraSharp™ UHD IGZO(3840x2160) Anti-Glare LED-backlit (100% Adobe color gamut) with Camera", whereas on Dell's US site the UHD screen is listed as "17.3" UHD IPS Narrow Border (3840x2160) Wide View with Camera and Mic".

    These sound like totally different LCDs. Presumably if the US model has narrow borders (as per the 5510/20) the screen area would be larger. If this is the case I would definitely go for the US spec. screen.
    I wonder if anyone could add some clarity here. Or does anyone have contact details for someone at Dell who would know.
    Thank you
