If only you had written it a bit earlier... I bought an Intel 6235 already (but it's not shipped yet). Probably I'm gonna resell it soon and get an ac upgrade as I'm planning to upgrade a router too.
Does your 7260 work properly with audio streaming?

Thanks! As my order hasn't been sent yet, I managed to replace 6235 with 7260AC. Hope it will work.

    UPDATE
It's been only 3 hours since I've installed it, but I think it is and gonna be working fine. A2DP tested - works fine with SE MW600 headset.

Is there any workaround to install Intel display drivers to E6230?

You don't need a workaround. Just install the HD4000 drivers from Intel's site.

There are some minor differences between OEM and generic drivers, so I would stick to Dell drivers if possible. Does it not want to install?

Possible, but in my case it works fine with generics.

I have to test again, last time they didn´t install.

Do not know are my issues driver related or just W7 related, sometime it won´t "refresh" screen when scrolling like Outlook email message or Excel 2010 up/down, some parts need to scroll up
and down again before i can see what´s in there :)

Strange. Then, I guess, uninstall the current drivers and install Dell's own...
