    My rep told me it isn't available for E4200. I have no idea about E4300.

    I'm confused. I ordered the 4300 with the backlit keyboard. And I just checked, and it is the ONLY option on the link I have.

    The normal link does not even show the E4200 or E4300.

    And the price is so high.

    What is Dell doing? Dont they want to make money quicker?

    if you ordered one with backlight then it's cool. there are different dell sites (depends where you live) that provide different configuring options.
    i should get mine on wednesday.
