Possible, the 3rd was still in "Safe Launch" and we're still in Safe launch I think^^

If a problem occur on the "production/building line", they stop the production for solving the issue permanently.
I think it will be shipped by the end of this week ;)

    Oh, it's a Covet. :p
Those were available later so they might still in safe launch for a little longer. I haven't seen anyone post that one has shipped.

Lol yup it is, well that news sucks... I estimated your dates of ordering and the shipping dates with my order and thought that mine would've been shipped tonight or tomorrow but I didn't know that the covet was released later... I really hope it isn't much later, the estimated delivery date is saying 23rd? How is your m6700 so far? Has anyone tried any heavy rendering with it?

Have patience grasshopper. Good things come to those who wait.
Didn't Bokeh already do a 40 hour load test? As I recall the figures were impressive for any computer and outstanding for a laptop

Thank you for the wise advice, I will try my best! What about games, how would they run? I don't play much but would love to know that it can be as good as an Alienware.

Which graphics card did you get? I have the Quadro K5000M, which (I think) runs faster than any laptop graphics card except the GeForce 680M. I've been very satisfied with gaming performance.

Have been running it between 9 and 11 hours a day at around 85% cpu load for the last 8 days.

For the last 2 days I have been letting Furmark run in 640x480 windowed mode at the same time.

No issues. I keep telling myself that pulling a constant 200 watts is still less than some desktops. Without the CPU and GPU load, it only pulls 31-37 watts.

I got the k5000m too. I was just wondering, both the 680m and the k5000m are the best of their own class right? But one is made for gaming and the other is made for cad and stuff like that, so why the big difference in price? I really can't wait to try this out, I've been drawing 3d and rendering on a really crappy acer with an ati radeon hd 3200 graphic card, I think the difference is going to be quite shocking to say the least.
