    Thank you,
where should I find this Enduro Mode? In BIOS? I have seen Optimus for NVidia, but not Enduro, should I find the text "Enduro" somewhere in the BIOS?

I read that I would have to use Software to control the GPU fan. What happens if I do not use software, will the fan spin 100% or not at all?

The GPU from Aliexpress you posted has 2 options, 4G and 2G cable length (?). What would I need?

With M4800 and up, it is just called "graphics switching" in the BIOS and that applies to both Optimus and Enduro.

    1) You should find it in BIOS, I don't know where exactly bacause of my laptop (4K display laptop doesn't have this option)
    2) If you wouldn't use software for fan control - your GPU fan will not work at all. Use HWInfo, for example.
    3) This isn't a cable lenght. This is a cards with 2GB or 4 GB of VRAM. Just use 4GB.

""Could you please tell me if this card would work for me?
What else would I need? Do I need a spacer for the heatsink or a flasher?""

Ok first of all please read previous posts, I have posted my lengthy experiment with buying from seller that sold HP card stating its compatible with DELL, (it was not) this has resulted in return, and subsequent purchase by me of a dell VBIOS specific card (green pcb).which works.

I have DP LVDS QHD+ board.

heat-sink is an interesting issue, I will post detailed description with images as to what you should do to make it work. I've done a few experiments, and found brilliant solution!

if you have m2100m heat sink that's all you need. +shim ofc at around 1mm thickness +(thermal pads)

without proper cooling using random gap filler, card will go to 90c, and throttle down giving you about 1000 in timespy test, instead of 1650 (my current)

short answer, not anymore! fan kicks in at the right temp level, and my current range sits in between 25c-62c Degrees Celsius. I will post as to how I did it later on with images.

please dont spread rumour, fact is it works perfectly without any fan controll software. (DELL original OEM flashed WX4150 card)

Maybe, nowadays fan is working perfectly, but for some users it's not working and they should use additional software to control fan.
