    PM830.

    Some of my measurements of the mSata drive may slower because the drive is half full and in use when I test it.

    When I do my next rebuild I will erase it and test it completely empty and the OS running on another drive.

    What's the max discount offer (if any) you can get by calling? 28%, 30% 20%?

    Business discount should be around 15-20%. End users get less. 30% is only available to resellers and channel partners.

    M4700 (small business dept.): I got $2,100 vs a web price of $2,300 and $1,900 each for an order of 3 laptops. Not a huge discount. The rep on the phone was not really willing to go any lower.... When I had mentioned that I could get a cheaper price from Lenovo he replied: "Perhaps there is no point to send you a quote then. Dell is not competing with Lenovo!"

    Thats horrible. That rep should care more about his job. There are better ways to word things if they can't match a price.
