    Hi all,
Those who replaced the heatsink which one did you use as I see on aliex NV-192 and NV-256 both for 7730, is the 2nd better or one is for nvidia and one for amd cards?

One week ago, I ordered the Laptop with only RTX 3000 and was not fully satisfied because of the Graphicscard.
But Lenovo offered in its P53 a RTX 5000, but only with Xeon 6Cor RTX 4000 when you choose i9-9880H.

Today I could successfully cancel my old order, and place a new order - a Precision 7540 with Xeon 8C, 128ECC Ram and RTX5000.

Now, with the current Precision 7540 I get the best CPU and best GPU (I think currently it is only Dell ). I am very excited to get the laptop (12.12.2019).

Awesome, please run some tests/benchmarks when you get it and share :)
Wondering how much the 80W power cap will impact performance of this GPU.

I second that. Now I'm debating for RTX4000 vs RTX5000. But if it turns out that both get capped at 80W, there might be no point of choosing RTX5000 after all.

According to Dell, the RTX 5000 in the 7540 is a Max-Q version. Might want to wait for an update to the TDP tweaker, and see if anything changes, allowing unsigned BIOSes to be flashed to Turing cards.

Does anyone want Quadro RTX 4000s and 5000s for cheap? Dell seems to have screwed up again. I don't really feel like correcting them; who wants a Quadro RTX 5000 for US$195 excluding 7% tax?

Totally interested. By the way, would you mind forwarding the card outside Singapore?

Edit: I just saw your last post on RTX upgrades, hoping that Dell will not fix the pricing so soon.

Holy cow. This is for the new 15" version of the cards I assume? Might as well splurge for the P5000 now, huh? :p

Assuming the price holds, I am in for one. I'll talk to folks at the office and that number might go up to three. (Should be able to get an answer on that later today.) Happy to pay the cost for shipping out of Singapore on top of the cost of the card. Let me know how you want to handle it.
