    @ AFH...54c was what my GPU was idling at before i applied AS5 so i would consider it normal. Both systems i tried were around that.
    and maybe i should try some different games then. Far cry 2 runs fine and so does left 4 dead...L4D gives me up too 60fps without OC, not sure of which settings i had it on though. But Hitman really shouldn't be that hard to run. Are there any settings that could cause the CPU to run slower? How did you see it did actually?

    i noticed cpu usage was at 100%. opened up performance monitor and noticed it was refusing to go more than 30% of maximum frequency,hence 100% usage even though it was just a few small things running in the background.

    restarting multiple times produced the same results after abour 10-15 mins of gaming

    where did you notice the 100% and which performance monitor? Could u give me the names of the software used or place you checked? I wanna see if i get the same, though i think i would've noticed it by now.....this happened in A09 or A03?

    it happened in A09. problem resolved by downgrading to A03

    i used the windows performance monitor....task manager, performance tab, resource monitor
