I updated to BIOS A09 last evening and noticed this morning that my E6400 (with Intel graphics) doesn't give a warning and throttle itself when running on a 65W PSU.:) :)

The E6400 BIOS was also released at the same time.

Is it just that it's morning and I'm tired, or did it improve the touchpad?

hmmm haven't tried it yet but i doubt you would find a touchpad easier to handle after just waking up ;) Maybe it is better

Yeah, I have noticed the fan running more during office stuff. It's not running loudly but it seems to run constantly at a low speed. Right now all I am doing is email and surf and the fan is running. Before the new bios it would only switch on when I was doing way more stuff.
Plus, my system is undervolted and right now my cpu cores are 30C and the fan is running!!!!!!!
Other than that everything seems to be working ok.
