Any information on next generation Haswell based Latitudes?

    Nothing that I can see. I still don't see a 1920x1080 touch screen option.

    I'm happy to report that the E7440's high-res display is IPS...an LG Display panel, which appears to be shared with the Alienware 14.

    Does anyone have information on the 1920x1080 panel in the E7240? The 1366x768 display is definitely the same low-quality TN that I'm used to from Dell.

    To my knowledge, there are both AUO and LGD panels available in the Alienware 14. In any case, my reason for posting was to confirm that the 14" 1920x1080 panel in the Latitude E7440 is the IPS LGD03EA model.

    The E6440 owner's manual is up as well. No mention of a msata SSD. It has a user replacable cpu and a screen with decent viewing angles (horizontal +/-60degrees; vertical +/- 40). I also wonder when the release date will be.

    Guess they missed September. Still nothing on the Premiere site. Boss wants a new laptop and is holding out for an E6440....so am I. :)
