Quadro FX 770M vs. 1700M, worth waiting for?

    There has to be voltage difference, thermals for 1700M is 50W while 770M is 35W. You might be able to get the 770M to 9700M GT levels though (even though thermals are 45W).

    If I had to choose, I would rather buy the 770M and overclock it myself using nVidia System Tools and get similar performance. Or at least to a point where you aren't losing sleep debating over the 1700M.

    $500, or free overclock which takes literally 2 seconds?
