STDP8028/STDP6028 both support support either 10 or 14 bit Processing with 8 bit LUTs.

    Hi everyone.

I`ve got a small issue: I cannot adjust the brightness any longer. It worked yesterday and suddenly I can only see the small OSD picture after using FN + Arrow but the brightness does not change. Chanding it within the BIOS still works. What could be the problem?

Wow, I got my 4600 today, and the screen is awesome.

Although maybe it's because I am used to the cooler tint of every other laptop, the RGBLED seems a bit on the warm side.. :D

So you do have green/pink corners at the bottom? Most people seem to have it; I wanted to call Dell techs to replace my screen (again), but since almost noone has it flawless, they can claim it is "natural".

I seem to have some tint on the right bottom corner, but I can't see any tint on the left.

Is there a certain way to measure the tint? On a white screen or black?

For me the main problem is green (and to much lesser extent pink/magenta) tint, which is visible when white or light grey colour is displayed.

Ah, I see a pink tint on the left bottom. :D

But it isn't as bad as I had thought, I hardly notice it for normal work..

Only when I set my background to total white could I see the pinkish tint...

Well, I have green tint in left bottom corner and much smaller pink tint in right bottom. If green tint was of the size of my pink one, I would accept it...
