Yes. found the code on http://www.couponcraze.com/coupons/dell/, however, it doesnt show now. $2731 with tax/shipping after $1197 discount (sorry, quoted as $1300 before)

Regarding external monitors, I have reasonable luck with USB SEE2 Xtreme for my third monitor, running WUXGA - don't expect to watch any (hi-res) videos, good for email / text / spreadsheets. Compared to the WUXGA external connected to my M4300's D-Dock monitor, however, I usually just turn it off. Will report on Win 7 performance when I get my M4500. (works on my desktop Win 7 machine with better results than the M4300 XP - but thats a 32 bit Win 7, hope it works on a 64 bit Win 7 M4500)

Yes, I spoke with Dell "Workstation" support about my order. They said that part #320-8844 is definitely an RGB LED display. They show the 1600X900 RGBLED as one of the options for the M4500, and are not sure why it doesn't specify that when customizing your order.

Anyway, I'm very happy to be getting the RGBLED screen!

I got the FHD WLED 1920x1080 here in the Netherlands. It's listed as # "210-11336" .
I don't see any RGB LED option on the Dutch Dell website.

Just for what it's worth. On the US site these are the choices:

15.6" Full HD (1920 x 1080) Wide View Anti-Glare LED Display with Premium Panel Guarantee [add $129.00]
    15.6" HD+ (1600 x 900) Wide View Anti-Glare LED Display with Premium Panel Guarantee [add $79.00]
    15.6" HD (1366 x 768) Anti-Glare LED Display [Included in Price]

I ordered the full HD screen, it was part 320-8840. After the RGB debacle with the studio 16, I doubt I would have ordered it even if available.
